Clinic and theatre sessions outside of core hours — maximising the use of existing estate and equipment to accelerate recovery.
Insourced, outsourced or hybrid delivery

Full Multidisciplinary Team

A configured clinical team covering agreed acute, ward, SDEC or discharge pathways, including consultants, SAS doctors, advanced clinical practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, pharmacists, discharge coordinators and operational service leads.

Operational Leadership and Pathway Improvement

Service leadership, demand and capacity review, performance oversight and pathway redesign. For organisations requiring clinical transformation support alongside, or independent of, additional workforce.

As a CQC-registered provider, MDCG operates all elective care services within a comprehensive governance framework. Clinical oversight is provided by specialty-specific clinical leads, and all MDCG clinicians are subject to robust pre-engagement checks covering professional registration, revalidation status, indemnity, DBS and mandatory training.
